The location met needs, it was good in the middle of the city. The atmosphere created was special!

The location was fantastic, really close to Banff National Park, and also right in the heart of the city.

We would recommend it. Our stay here was really great, best base for exploring Canmore. The hotel was in a stunning and marvellous location near to national park and Banff national park area.

There was a lack of attention to detail, as one of the bedroom blinds wouldn't close properly. the hotel's location was misrepresented, and it did not meet expectations in terms of the advertised infrastructure and amenities.

I recently stayed at the Wood Lodge in Banff National Park for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The owner was incredibly responsive and checked in daily to ensure everything was perfect. The accommodation was well stocked and had everything we needed, including a pass into the national park and bear spray. I loved that they provided coffee, toiletries, and even lotion for the dry mountain air. The washer and dryer were a great convenience, making it feel like a home away from home. I also appreciated the attention to detail with spices and condiments, saving us from having to buy unnecessary items. it was a top-notch stay and I would highly recommend it.

The complex's hot tub and pool were not available, which would have been a nice addition to our New Year's stay. we noticed that some utensils and dishes were not as clean as we would have liked.

I especially loved the dining table, which allowed me to enjoy meals in the comfort of my own room. The hotel also provided free toiletries and a washing machine, which was a convenient touch. the attention to detail and quality of service provided here made me feel like I was in my own home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this stunning national park area.

We loved the brochures that helped us make informed decisions about our trip.
